Membership dues are the only source of income for Northwest Dance Music and it is vital these fees be paid on time. Please remember, Northwest Dance Music is a non-profit organization and we do this for the love of music...BUT OUR BILLS STILL HAVE TO BE PAID! Dues must be in the office by the 5th of every month. On the morning of the 6th (sixth.) an automatic late fee is added to all accounts and record shipments will be held until we hear from the member. Payment arraignments can only be made with through the Board of Directors . Make all checks payable to Northwest Dance Music Association. If you'd like to use credit or debit cards, the next section functions with your pre-existing Paypal account. If we do not hear from you within a 30 (thirty) day period, you're account will be suspended and you will be dropped from our membership roster. A polite phone call cancelling your membership is the more responsible way of handling things...treat us the same way you'd like to be treated! Don't forget that those who take care of us receive the same treatment; notify us by the 15th of any month that you wish to discontinue your membership and we will stop automatically billing your account. THEN should you ever wish to rejoin at a later date, we will waive the initiation fee entirely!.
